Pre-built Reports are Rencore's library of 228 analytics views tuned per connector. Each report renders inventory and policy data as a chart, bar, pie, donut, column, with a defined visualization type, category, and recommendation flag. Reports populate automatically from scan data and can be embedded in dashboards, exported in PDF/Excel/CSV, or scheduled by email.
What gets shipped
Across 38 connectors Rencore ships 228 reports. The mix varies by service: Claude has 14 reports skewed toward costs and adoption; SharePoint has 11 reports covering site usage, storage distribution, and permission spread; n8n has 7 covering workflow executions, error rates, and credential usage. Every connector ships with at least one cost view and one operational view.
Visualization types
Reports use a defined visualization (bar chart, pie chart, donut chart, column chart, or grid). The visualization is part of the template, you do not configure chart type per report; the right format is built in. Filtering, time-range scoping, and drill-down are available regardless of chart type.
From report to action
A report is a read view, but it does not have to be a dead-end. Tile-link a report onto a dashboard for at-a-glance monitoring; export it for offline analysis; schedule it for weekly email delivery; or surface it as evidence in a compliance audit. The same report definition serves all four delivery modes.
